Even though my predictions were incorrect, Superbowl Sunday was indeed a super day. Sunny skies, light winds, moderate temperatures and decent snow. What more could you ask for? After running into some low elevation lack of snow on Saturday, we decided to head up high on Sunday. Here are a few pictures from our walkabout.

Blue sky and white snow. Perfect.

Gatorade and Tram Bars – great companions in the boot pack.

The higher we went, the deeper the snow got.

Reaching the summit just before the clouds rolled in.

Gorgeous day on Vermont’s highest peak.
